Entrepreneurs, advocates, educators, moms, wives, daughters, friends, athletes, travelers, music aficionados, and all around hard-working women, Amy Andrle and Lisa Richards experience spans a little bit of everything. Between them, they've launched multiple start-ups in the emerging health and wellness industries, spearheaded sustainable community projects, advocated education initiatives, and directed cultural art programs. Self-care, exercise, time management and sleep are what keeps them going, and a healthy body care routine helps to make that possible. Look good, feel good, do good.
Amy Andrle lives in Denver, Colorado and is co-owner of L’Eagle Services, established in 2010, L’Eagle Services was an early adopter of organic agricultural best practices and standards, as well as superior consumer education. For many years Amy was an executive for non-profit cultural art organizations. She now actively volunteers with a prestigious appointment to the Denver County Cultural Council, the City of Denver’s Sustainability Work Group, and as a founding board member of the Canna Certification Council. Amy is a Cuban-American Spanish speaker.
Lisa has been teaching yoga and studying Ayurveda for 20 years. Known as a “teacher’s teacher”, Lisa has taught classes, training and workshops to thousands of yogis across the globe. In 2008, she produced her first two Yoga DVDs. In 2010, while pregnant with her second child, Lisa produced her 3rd video on prenatal yoga. In 2015, she was named one of Denver’s top teachers. Lisa has been seen in publications such as Yoga Journal, Origins Magazine, Mile High Sports and the Washingtonian. Lisa’s career has been based on the belief system that our health and wellness relies on a balance of mind, body and spirit.
